1. Promote the values that are essential to collaborative work such as trust, accountability, mutual respect, and fairness.

2. Hold the researcher accountable to the public and society.

3. Building public support for research, which in turn can help in getting participant who take part in the research willingly

4. Open in sharing data, results, ideas, tools, resources and openness to criticism and new idea.

5. Honestly report data, result, methods & procedure and publication status.

6. Do not fabricate and falsify or misrepresent data.

7. Respect for intellectual property rights such as patents, copyrights and other forms in intellectual property.

8. Do not use unpublished data, methods or result without permission. Give credit where credit is due. Never plagiarize.

9. Respect Human dignity, privacy and autonomy

10. Responsible publication with an aim to serve the society. Avoiding wastefuland duplicative publication.

11. Responsible mentoring in terms of guiding research students.

12. Enhancing competence for own professional advancement or lifelong learning, taking step to promote competence.

13. Avoid discrimination against colleagues, mentor for an advice student. Promote their welfare and allow them to make their own decision
